After passing childhood, we enter adolescence, which comes with the wishes of settling down in the future by aiming to establish a stable career. Because earning a livelihood and getting life security is very tough in developing countries like India. And for that everybody needs some skills and talent and a lot of hard work with proper guidance in the right way. Financial sources and social cooperation are helpful to succeed in life for making a career, but individual skills and talent determine the path of success for everyone,

The reason being our education decides the way of the person who we are and what we are. The learning system, which we have followed since our childhood prepares our foundation for tomorrow. And if it is damaged, it creates unbearable hurdles and hindrances to settle in our life. Our academic education helps us to be a person to be managed in society, but our professional education shows the way to be a breadwinner. Because the actual battle begins with the battle when we fall into the monetary matters in the competitive market.

The major part of the youth population depends on jobs in the government sector and private sector. But the cut-throat competition here challenges us to be perfect in every skill. The cracking examinations of government jobs is a big task which requires a long time of preparation by day and night dedicated hard work to succeed. The private sector also has other concerns which have to do with facing troubles with job responsibilities and dissatisfaction. Having good terms with your peers is also a factor in your success.

The third factor comes with the business opportunities, it has the option of being part of or inheritor of your ancestral business or establishing a new business, which also has challenges to be perfect in your skills and talent. And it also requires financial support and good public relations to get started with the market. Good experience in your subject also determines the backbone of your business.

Even the people who have their own creative and innovative skills have lots of challenges to bring their talent as a business opportunity or an earning source that creates hurdles to make them self-dependent

Needless to say, the market is full of job opportunities, but the question mark is still on unemployment that has remained a critical issue in a huge populated country like India. The major concern among youth is dissatisfaction in jobs not getting their deserving perks and emoluments. And not having to do work as per choice, and there are no security and stability in the private jobs. 

The reasons are many for destroying our youth. The first one is our lack of an education system, which is not able to prepare our youth to be established breadwinners or to develop professional skills to get self-dependent and self-reliant. Because there are no programs in the education system which can prepare our children to be confident and competitive to face the future market. Their shyness makes them introverted and restricted to certain areas. They are not taught to face the monetary and commercial challenges to be professional. Furthermore, the family culture and social obligations also make them weaker to fight with the system.

Even after getting many higher degrees from colleges, many people are still not able to perform well in their respective areas or subjects. And they are compelled to work in lower positions and work areas. They are not grown as to their individual level to perform the tasks that are held them to be successful professionally. So they look for conventional job opportunities where they can earn their livelihood being in their comfort zones.

Moreover, there are also other parts of youth who are skillful, talented, and knowledgeable, but do not get any support from the government or are misled due to the corruption prevalent in the system, which results in young people being propelled to illegal activities and corrupted ventures.

The Covid-19 also brought many hardships for everyone in the form of a diminishing economy and inflation in essentials. The future has become uncertain for many people due to closing their businesses and bearing huge losses. So the question of youth well-being is a big concern of India, where 40% of the population is battling in their life for daily essentials and necessities or depending on unreasonable sources.

Consequently, there are parameters that need to be taken into attention so that from childhood everyone can grow up as a perfect soldier to win a battle of their life. So that life can be pleasurable and full of contentment for all by fulfilling their dreams and visions for the bright future.

On the night of 5th April, 2020, at 9 p.m. people have welcomed and followed the prime minister Modi’s appeal to stay at home by playing platters and lighting up the lamps and candles, firing up the crackers from their homes. Many urged the loudly Corona Virus Go from India, quit India. People were quite aware and energetic to fight with this crisis unitedly.

Stay Home- Be Safe-Utilize-Time

In this time of combat of a CoronaVirus everybody is going through the hardships of their lives. Many people have lost their daily wages, Many are out of their homes and unable to reach their homes. Many are struggling with their lives in hospitals and the brave heroes are fighting to save the lives of people everywhere, whether they are sanitary workers, police department, social workers, doctors or media persons. The whole scenario is getting more panic day by day. After imposing the lockdown or Janta curfew the government is appealing only one thing to all that, please stay at your home maintain the social distancing, keep the hygiene, wear a mask to be protected from the virus.

However, staying at home for many people is not an easy task. Because lots of people earn their bread on a daily basis. Apart from that many people are in the habit of going outside from their homes everyday to their offices many are  like social bees. So this time of isolation and social distancing is very tough for them. And they are feeling very uneasy with this critical time.

Government has strictly prohibited social gatherings . but people are still roaming outside on the roads putting the lives of several people in danger. This catastrophe of virus infection has become a fury of nature for the entire world. Looks like the whole world has stopped other work only for chasing one common mission.

By the way, few people are enjoying this free time to spend with their families like they got a vacation after a long while . They are enjoying household work, cooking, gardening, cleaning , watching movies, playing with children and many more tasks. And no doubt the many will be fulfilling their sleep. In fact, this is the perfect time for self assessment, sitting at home free and alone now everyone can contemplate on their self existence.Being isolated at this time can be beneficial for your soul-searching to stay far from hussle-bussle. Breaking your connection with the outer world can make you more sensitive and more sensible.

Now everybody has ample time to manage their own life in terms of health, hobbies and thinking about their destinies being little philosophical out of life of this toing and froing. When we become isolated then we think about ourselves and scrutinize the pros and  cons of life and come out of a rat race of life. We all are now coming out of the crowd of the world and we should utilize the time to recognize our abilities and weaknesses to peek inside us to get our realself.

Over the last around 30 years digital technology (information technology) has made our life too fast that we all succumbed to professionalism and forget to live our lives for others and become so selfish, self-centered, and money oriented. We did not get time to look back again on our part of  humanity. We left the values and virtues behind to take over the wealth and luxuries in exchange of our true self. But now the time has come again to look back in our lives, what we gained and what we lost.

If in the past time we got a lot to do in our professional lives with information technology. So now it has given us an opportunity to pass our valuable time with our gadgets to entertain and learn from the internet. This is the right time to explore the world on the screen to get extra knowledge and fulfill our tasks, which were previously ignored. We all have ample time to fulfill our fondness for anything. So passing  free time is not a big deal for anyone, we all can do plenty of things of our choice and interest to be on the internet. The entire world is going through the hazardous situation at this time. The major crisis of the existence of the human race, has been penalized by nature for his misdeeds. All the roads are vacant, schools, colleges, restaurants, cinemas are closed. People are locked down in their own houses. The all glare of human life has gone in just a few days, corona virus, intrusion has made the human shocked by taking several lives. The entire world is going through this trauma period. Life is stopped, Janta curfew is applied in all over India. People are not allowed to roam free outside their homes. The economy has broken down.

The reason for the whole disruption is infection made amongst human beings, which has made its way all around the world within a few couple of weeks and creates havoc on the life of the human species, who consider themselves to be most powerful and superior in all species found on this earth and rule the earth. The most powerful country, the United States of America, which is considered to be the most powerful is now also dread by the virus and looking for ventilators for further prescriptions.

The power of a virus which is the smallest part of the living body has shown the potential of its own capacity to annihilate the whole mankind, which cannot be seen even from naked eyes. The encroachment on others' lives can be so deadly for you. The China, which has originated this virus has a kind of myths and beliefs which made them eat meat of poisonous and wild animals just for their false ideas of getting stronger are putting the lives of all people in danger.

This is not the first time when the pandemic has taken several human lives, in history there are many times when different kinds of epidemics have haunted the human kind and alerted them to be cautious. Before that Ebola, SARC, Cholera, Plague etc. have also shown their morbid form. 

Human knowledge is still unable to judge what things are beneficial for them and what can be detrimental for them. People use to interfere with various parts of nature for their own self advantages without reckoning the attributes of different elements present on this earth. The theory of elements says we all have different compositions and we are not supposed to meddle with others for any reason.

The definition of infection says, however, we all are living on this earth, but still we all are individually different. We need to know the truth that we cannot mix up with everything, whether it's human beings, sea water species or wild animals or sky flying species. We should ponder on the properties of differentiation, which is necessary to decide our limits.

In fact, in humans every human is different from others, and cannot be fitted to others. That's why the world has been divided into religions, castes, customs, cultures, creeds, breeds and communities. Everybody has their own space on the earth. We should learn to live in the limits of nature. Otherwise, the consequences can be so hideous for all.

This era is already called to be kalyuga which has been described as a dark period of humankind where virtues are gone and all the evils have made mankind their own slaves. The all the nations have created deadly weapons to destroy the world like an atomic bomb, hydrogen bomb, missiles, aircrafts, ordnance. But do we know only a little virus can finish the human race from this earth without destroying anything else. How, strange is it! This is the bio-weapon. Which works like the contagion as like as the atomic bomb and hydrogen bomb or nuclear chain reactions. And can beat the human by attacking without their awareness in the seconds. Why does a man have arrogance to be a superior, when he does not know how life can be finished any time. 

All the countries are fighting with the pandemic crisis, which has come without instructing them suddenly. It is necessary to know what is going to be the future effect of this crisis globally. The great known prophets of the world already predicted the year 2020 to be the most violent year of this century. Francis prophet Nastradamas predictions are giving clues about the future incidents. So the time has come to uphold the lives of people, otherwise, the consequences can be very dreadful for all.

At present the major responsibility to all of us to maintain social distancing, sanitizing all around us are the tasks on the priority. Apart from that self immunity, will power and sense of hygiene will help us in a long way. Identifying symptoms and being up to date with the latest information will keep us ahead in this stage of stopping the spread of contagious disease.

The virus can also be the Bio-weapon of war for any nation, which cannot be denied that it can be a ringing bell to destroy the world. So all have a reason to be cautious in the future and find out the way to save yourself at the time of such kind of crisis. Only one vaccine for one virus can not help. Because the environment is full of millions of kinds of bacterias and viruses and next time it can be the other one. So the solution should be the ultimate way of escaping from this disaster to get the final one, which can protect us every time.

Today is a wonderful day for me to be delighted to commence my new venture to divulge my own thoughts and views on the realities of human life. Whatever we see around it gives us some new sense to be here. Our experiences, knowledge and discoveries generate the excitement of our life. Our kids are the germinating future and blossoming present. They are the real growing aspirations to make better to best tomorrow, They used to amaze us and delight us from their innocent talks, intelligence, and activities. In whatever mood we have they will cheer you up with their naughtiness.

The childhood part of life is a very sensitive part of our life whatever has been inculcated in the little age it manifests in the lifetime. As we grow older our memories come to fade but whatever we are being taught by the elders remains in our basic attitude. The development of children is a very crucial part. How they are to be treated to become a gentle people in life keeps a major impact on society. 

Even on children, everything from their surroundings makes an impact on their developing psychology which is a very delicate part. In some developed countries, there are proper laws, order, and guidelines about the upbringing of children, But as far as we talk about India, It is far behind about upgrading their subsequent part of the population, who are going to govern the society in the future.

In the foreign countries in their education system, they teach their children about law, system, order and human rights since their childhood. But in India, there is not such kind of concern are in awareness in the people. 

Sometimes it has been observed to very badly treating children, where child abuse, child labor, exploiting them in other ways by their own people also exist. This really leaves such a bad influence on their little mind in the form of mental sickness, distortion in their delicate, soft and growing mind.

Sometimes you can find the own parents or teachers put pressure on their children in such a harsh way like for in the name of studies, comparing them with others or making difference in their siblings on the basis of some skills and general nature. Which is completely unjustified, and these kinds of attributes manifest in the children in later age.  Sometimes result in creating criminal elements inside their mind. These kinds of stories also you would have seen in the movies where a child grows into a terrorist or criminal due to any bad incident that happened in their childhood.

A few years back the issue of corporal punishment in schools was so flagrant in the Indian newspapers, where teachers used to punished the children in so violent ways, which has been later controlled by the Indian Judiciary.

Today the increasing population in India is a very critical concern. Whereas the birth numbers of children increase the liability of the nation for making them available sources of life like home, shelter, food, education, hospitals-healthcare, employment, electricity, water, etc. So every child is born with their own essential needs and necessities. And lack of these resources create resentment in their own minds and creates chaos in the society. 

Find out the specialties in your kids that can make them content in life. Never suppress their hopes and wishes. Let them grow in their own free probable way. They are candid, original and natural. Believe or not our children are mines of unusual talent, skills, and potential. Never scold them, raise your hand on them or speak in a harsh way, their brain is really a soft target for anything malformed. Handle them gently. Discipline in kids is ok but not in the cost of their humanity shatters. Follow these rules and you will find the wonders of the world in your own kids.

Children have highly curious mind and they seek answers for everything whatever comes in their mind. So answer them smartly and intelligently.
