Covid 19- Current Effect on India
India- Battling for Life - Shattered Life by Pandemic |
In 2019 world has encountered a threat to human life by entering Coronavirus in the entire world, Even the superior powers of the world did not remain intact from the virus’s severe effect. The waves of the virus timely affecting the different parts of the world. And at present in 2021 the virus 2nd wave has hit the most to India, which has the second-largest population in the world. The country is in a horrible stage of fear and gloom. The people are isolated and dejected from society. In this lockdown scenario and staying at home is the only way to be safe and untouched from the infection.
But on the other side, the number of deaths in every city and state is scoring high every day, and people are dying with a sudden attack of virus, The pictures are gruesome all around with the running ambulances and police cars. Crematoriums and graveyards are also full of day and night-coming corpses to last rituals. Hospitals are occupied with a continued number of screaming patients seeking help. The crisis of lack of oxygen and essential medicines has created trauma in patients.
The people who are still untouched by the virus are also in depression by seeing the news about the matter, and people who have lost their loved ones are also disheartened through the unwanted disaster. The losses are unexplainable in words. How the people are losing their lives without getting the time to think even for the next chance.
On the other side the effect of the situation on poor people have made them unemployed and without wages. Many people are jobless and in a critical state of economic crisis. They are going through so much worse times for their daily bread and butter and struggling with the situation for their livelihood. Markets are closed, roads are empty, there is all around silence in day time like no other choice for life.
Schools, colleges, and universities have been closed and postponed their essential schedules of examinations. Children are bound to study from their homes through online sources.
This pandemic has changed the people’s mind like they forget to laugh and only vibrations of grief is visible among them all around. The luster of the fashionable life has gone and turn into sadness. Life has been so scary like, who knows he or she can be the next target. People are begging for their lives and praying for their loved ones.
There is so much admiration for those people who have come as volunteers in this critical time saving many lives and supporting needy people without any greed and selfishness. Many courageous people have high contributions at this time to provide the best as per their worth.
However, In most parts of the country people have a casual attitude by trespassing the rules of lockdown, they are still living like social butterflies by getting married, involved in processions and social gatherings without fearing the dying from the pandemic. They are unknown by the severity of the situation that overpopulated India is most vulnerable to spread the infection among a large number of people.
The origin of the virus in China and the reason of that can be political or biological, but the effect is facing general innocent people, who are ignorant about the threat of that biological weapon, The extending number of dying people every day is frightening and making us contemplating our mistakes we commit for inviting this situation. The carelessness and lack of hygiene in daily routine make people more vulnerable to infection. The virus is so fierce that it has also infected few animals, It is flowing in the air and expected to found in water.
Life has become so difficult to comprehend the measures to avoid infection because ‘man is a social animal’ and it can not live without social activities and ‘give & take’, even our food and water is suspected to be prone to virus. Many people are taking household remedies to avoid the virus and increasing immunity like having particular food and herbs e.g. Basil, Neem, lemon, ginger, turmeric, etc., and steam. But the authenticity of these remedies is not proved.
The country is passing through so critical time that has unpredictable tomorrow, how the situation can be overcome from this catastrophe has no clue. The dependability on vaccination and medical facilities also in question, because till yet there is no confirmed remedy is discovered. Only the basis of symptoms the medical treatment is being provided by the doctors,
However, little hope is associated with the vaccination but the study of emerging new variants and mutations in the virus is of high concern. The future is unpredictable that when we can be liberated from this crisis and return to our previous life mode.
The virus has taught us the lesson of discipline and isolation to get introspection into our lives. The psychological healing, optimistic approach with a positive attitude can be helpful for saving ourselves and coming out of this melancholy.
In the end, saving our environment from polluting this virus is also a big question, the bad habits of rustic people who have a lack of discipline and civic sense need to be controlled by imposing high fines on them like they use to spit anywhere and throwing garbage in opens. This kind of practice is harmful to everyone and to nature.
The other concern is the effect of spreading the virus through dead bodies from this pandemic. Because of not the proper disposal of corpses dying of the pandemic is also puts a question mark on our safety. Maintaining hygiene in ourselves and our environment is the most important factor to get rid of this transmission. Discipline and distance are the norms to be followed in this situation.

Obsession for Cinema
Celebrities are not Ideal |
Today’s world is surrounded by all the lifestyle aspects associated with cinema, however cinema’s history is not so ancient to take it as a human evolution but it is taken as human civilization. It has a major impact on society since it came into existence in the later years of the 18th century with the new innovation of motion pictures on canvas. Since then it has developed as a mirror of human life to create an overview of society generation by generation. It has provided a platform for thoughts and events to be living as a new world.
But how authentic is the information we go through and access it? The forefront of pictures are totally different from what is created in the background of the pictures we see. We see on-screen what we are provided to see by other's acceptance. A few years back when the digital platform for media was not incepted the whole things look like a dream world. People used to follow them like a fantasy of life. The Hindi cinema was full of melodies songs and enchanting stories. All the people were inadvertently followers of the lifestyles and fashions adopted by cinema stars.
However, in the beginning, Indian cinema was not considered a respected profession especially for women but with the span of passing time, it has made its space in society as a prestigious profession. And the stars and workers have been highly paid for the work they do. And the impact on the society and everyone is as on like even a little kid knows their favorite stars name and follow their acts and fashions. The influence of cinema on people has become more than any other part of society.
Moreover, Now in the year 2020 has come with unmasking the dark side of the cinema of Bollywood, which was unseen before, after the demise of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The event has proved to be an eye-opener and awaken alarm for the general people of society, who blindly faith their favorite stars and idealize them. The reality of anything can be gruesome than anything we observe in the forefront.
After the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, Bollywood has been uncovered with the bitter truth hidden behind the enchanting screen performances. There are few courageous people who have dared to speak against the wrongdoings of the people of the cinema industry. The drama of connections with drugs activities and other illegal activities has been shocked people, who were previously crazy about the Bollywood. The connections with the political people and power sources, like gangsters, gamblers, criminals, and the underworld of the people have made Bollywood shine like no other profession. The industry is the highest paying industry, which makes the people rich in a short while in a few years like no other industry can make. The people get names, fame, money everything in Bollywood in a very short while.
It creates wonders for the people. The people from small towns and villages make them ideal to live their life-like them. They learned to dance, dialogue, and fashion, like them without knowing the reality of the dark side of this glazing industry. The murders, crimes, illegal activities, exploitation, and anti-human things in the industry shows the real face of people, who shines on the silver screen, and people use to follow them enthusiastically.
It’s a major threat to our incoming generations where children are highly vulnerable to get trapped by these glitters of the celebrities, which can ruin their whole life and corrupt their ideology about society. Because whatever they see in the cinema they adopt it in real life and spread it on the surroundings with that kind of social elements. Which can be harmful for their life as well as for the whole nation. There is no doubt that the news of the reliable sources shows that, the smart people from the industry like Ekta Kapoor , Karan Johar, Salman Khan, etc. are all serving society a very unscrupulous entertainment material, which is detrimental for the renaissance of society. Actually, they don’t have their own creative ideas either they steal from foreign shows and movies or find it from unworthy people. And serves it with all “mirch-masala” of promiscuity.
The conclusion is, it is your duty to save our children from the influence of these kinds of people so make them mentally strong by guiding them towards the right ways to protect their soul from getting contaminated by nasty things. and teach them the silver screen is the place of entertainment, not rules to follow in real life. Because real life has lots to do with things apart from materialistic ventures, which is the beauty of the real world.
